Affiliate Dashboard

Once you are accepted as an RPM affiliate, you will have access to a dashboard where you can see all of your active campaigns along with the payouts for each call. RPM also provides daily email reports so that you can easily see the progress of your campaigns. Transparency and responsiveness are our goals with all our affiliates and your dashboard is a unique asset we offer to achieve that.

Weekly & Timely Payments

RPM offers weekly payouts to those affiliates that meet our minimum monthly call volume. We are always timely, dependent, and transparent with our payouts to qualifying affiliates. This is a partnership that only works if both sides are doing their part. Assuming you meet your monthly call volume we set up at the beginning of the program, we’ll get the payments out on time.

Proprietary Call Tracking

RPM uses Ringba and LeadsPedia as its proprietary call tracking platform. As an affiliate, you will get assigned unique tracing numbers (DIDs) by vertical. Upon request, we can assign multiple DIDs for each campaign if required for your own internal tracking. Accuracy of call reporting and tracking is critical not only to our success and yours, but to making sure you receive compensation for meeting your monthly call minimums

In-House Call Center & IVR Technology

RPM has an in-house, US-based call center as well as simple intent-based IVRs to confirm the category and geo of each call. We can also customize IVRs with branded intros or skip them altogether if an affiliate is using their own IVR. The goal is a seamless and easy process for consumers to flow through in order to avoid drop off, so we’ll work as much as we can to make the IVRs work for different affiliates.
