RPM (“Company”) strictly adheres to all federal and state telemarketing laws, including:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- FTC Do Not Call Registry rules
- Florida Telemarketing Act (FTA)
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) & California Do Not Call laws
1. Do Not Call Compliance
We maintain and honor:
- Company-specific Do Not Call list
- National Do Not Call Registry
- State-specific registries (FL & CA)
- Internal suppression lists
2. Consumer Rights
California:
- Requires explicit written consent for sales calls
- Mandates “Do Not Sell My Info” webpage option
- Provides private right of action for violations
3. How to Opt Out
Consumers may request DNC status through:

4. Processing Timeline
All requests will be processed within:
- 24 hours for recordation
- 10 business days for full implementation
- 31 days for Florida residents (as required by FTA)
5. Permitted Contacts
We may only contact DNC-registered numbers for:
- Transactional calls (order confirmations)
- Customer service inquiries
- Prior express written consent scenarios
- Florida: Existing business relationship (<6 months)
- California: Only with signed opt-in consent
6. Third-Party Requirements
All vendors calling on our behalf must:
- Provide proof of registration with:
- Florida Department of Agriculture (for FL calls)
- California Attorney General (for CA calls)
- Maintain separate DNC lists
- Undergo quarterly compliance audits
7. Employee Protocols
All staff receive:
- Annual TCPA/FTA/CCPA training
- Scripted disclosure requirements:
- Florida: Must disclose seller identity immediately
- California: Must provide toll-free opt-out number
- Disciplinary action for violations
8. Recordkeeping
We retain all DNC requests for:
- 5 years (federal requirement)
- 4 years (California requirement)
- 2 years (Florida requirement)
9. Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- $500-$1,500 per call (Florida)
- $2,500 per violation (California)
- $1,500 per call (TCPA willful violations)
